Need loving care over there.

Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: Close to our son since that was the only place left in Thousand Oaks, Ca.
Cons: Tear down and start over if they can afford it. Really felt sorry for them because I believe it is not totally their fault. Maybe no money.
Location: Spent time with family in T.O. and our son has a winery in Ventura called Four Brix.
Door locks don't work, T.V. way too small, toilet so low to the floor you almost have to squat, couldn't take a shower because the lever was missing. Sorry for what we paid they need alot of help over there.

The room was clean but nothing to rave about, it was simple and the beds were clean.

Got a room with two beds and there was NO room

Posted Mar 8, 2014
When I pulled up to the hotel, I could see into the room we parked in front of and was sure it wasn't ours because of how close the back wall was. Imagine my shock when it was our room with two double beds in a room meant for one queen bed. It was so crowded that the bed next to the window was actually touching the air conditioning unit!. The other bed was up against the interior wall and the only room left was a small aisle between the two beds. The pool had very weird hours, probably because there was no lighting. Thank goodness we were only there one night!

Basic but clean with rocking good internet inc

Posted Feb 6, 2014
Pros: Internet, water pressure, nice pool
Cons: Better televisions, need an iron and hair dryer in the room
Location: Heavy retail area - great food choices!
No hair dryer, but hey, I knew and brought my own. TV was dated, but my ipad streamed video like a champ! Also, fan-freaking-tastic water pressure!

Never using the website again! Room is disgusting

Posted Dec 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
The whole process was a joke. After being on the phone for 20 mins answering tons of questions just to book the room, when we finally arrive the hotel manager says he has no reservation for us. We called hotels.com operator and she goes from nice operator voice to rude and angry immediately. She kept repeating there no refund policy. Basically we were sitting in our car in the parking lot of the hotel for an hour on with the heater on because it was freezing and we couldn't get into a room with out paying AGAIN! When we finally got into the room it was DISGUSTING! We had to tell the manager to give us a new room because the curtains were hanging off the rod.
