Pros: I loved that's within walking distance of downtown. I liked the quiet atmosphere and that rooms are spacious with everything needed in them.
Cons: no, everything was great.
Location: Downtown has plenty of shopping plus restaurants and nightlife.
I have enjoyed this stay a lot. I was enjoying the scenery and hotel grounds. The employees were extremely friendly and polite.

Everything was very good; Restaurants were excellent; Our room was clean, had clean water and plenty of hot shower water; Check in was efficient; Location was good for our stay, within walking distance of down town; taxi pick up and drop off was excellent; I would recommend to anyone.

Pros: views, food and exersize
Cons: heat the pool and try to have ales costly place to eat for dinner
Location: shopping was close but liked going to haven sight better that downtown just cause it was easier to find things and felt less pressured by people
had an issue with a room lock before we even were in the room switched us to a another room, score for us new room overlooked the harbor and had a great view, grounds are nice but there are areas that need attention, i.e the tennis courts and some of the buildings could use some paint, food at all 4 places here on site were good some places a little pricey, pool was never what I would call hot but warm on some days at best. island tour with k-9 joe was informative and interesting and fell it was a good value. eva and smitty at the pool bar were our favs. , a few kids but not bad , it is not close to the beach but always could get a lounge chair in the sun or the shade by the pool, it sits atop a hill and is a challenging walk up but that that bad to walk to town or haven sight for food and shopping, it was always easy to get a cab back to the resort, I would stay here again if we were to come back, it is more of a adult type resort , not a party spot witch was what we wanted

Great View with Exception

Cons: Clean up the area!! There is trash everywhere in almost every direction.
We stayed for 5 days and had an absolutely wonderful trip. We were able to walk to stores/ sightseeing as much as twice a day and the weather perfect!! The hotel is set up high with an exceptional view overlooking the harbor but is not very well maintained. Great trade winds and up and out of the busy traffic as well.

Pros: The harbor view
Cons: Improve maintenance and some replacements of furniture.
Location: Close to shopping and restaurants
Property visual is poor, looks very worn-out. lack of paint and lots of tile damage in our room.

Old facility, A lot of wear and tear. Not clean, no room service. Incompetent and arrogant staff. Pool is small and cold, the only positive thing is a restaurant with good food

Nightmare at Bluebeards

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Hot water for showers. Service staff. Find an adequate manager who cares about his guests. Repair sidewalks and roads. Paint. Internet that works.
Location: Located far from the beach. Poor dining nearby. You can shop and go to St. John for snorkeling (requires an expensive ferry ride).
What's not to say? No hot water in the mornings for showers. No elevators for the 4 floored buildings. I stayed for two weeks and my room was cleaned (okay, swept and stuff) 4 times. There was long, dark hair all over the room that apparently was too togh for these unindustrious cleaners to remove. Nothing says ambiance like a letter from the management stating 'our towels and linens are clean, our water (which we recommend that you not drink) is yellow/dirty and that makes the linens 'appear' unclean. I was lucky, my room had a coffee maker. I went to the front desk and asked for more coffee, and was told by the staff that the person who handed out the coffee was off and that I would have to return. I returned the next day and was told, 'Once you are out, your are out! You want coffee? Go buy it!". Very rude. While the fare in the restaurants was very good, the prices are outrageous and the service beyond poor. The bar area, really only offered mediocre sandwhiches and terrible pizza. Had this been a Hilton property, I would have received a full refund, because there was no satisfaction. The property offers sevral parking areas, but no one willing to direct you to a parking area that is even remotely close to your room. I paid for 2 rooms for a business stay, my co-worker in the second room was forced to move out one week into the stay. When he checked out of the room he asked where his new room would be. He was told, we don;t know yet, we'll let you know.

Nice Venue, Lousy Rooms, Terrible Service

Just about every interaction we had with the hotel staff was painful. A general apathy exists right thru all the staff where their job is simply a job and that is it. In fact, we felt many times the staff were rude and we were bothering them. Couple this witht he state of the rooms, we couldn;t wait to leave. We places several work maintenance orders for toilete runnning, no hot water, loud AC. I bet the next occupant of Room 202 in Villas II will have the same issue. We were interested in Time Share there and ended up spending a lovely afternoon at the Marriot Fihermans Reef.

Perfect for a business trip, close to town

The hotel is in a great location if you need to go to town. The grounds are very pretty & the views are spectacular. The rooms are on the larger size. Unfortunately they are not up to date or kept up. The beds are old, the pillows are gross. The bathrooms are just ok. I only stay here for convience. There are 2 decent restaurants on the premises.
