“We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! ”

“Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.”

“The staff was absolutely amazing. This day was absolutely excellent. The beaches were beautiful and everything.”

“Very close to airport, literally a 5 minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. The original room they put us in was small, very out dated and inconveniently a distance away from parking. Lots of stairs and once we got all luggage in, discovered that the Air Conditioning unit was not working. They did place us in a unit in the main building that was more accommodating with working air. We only needed in for one night, so it served its purpose. ”

“Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.”

“Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View”

“First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can……

“It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. “Everything you need in one beautifully maintained resort. The staff were all kind from reception to restaurant staff to the beach hut attendants and the cleaning crews. Honestly, everyone we interacted with on the island was beyond kind, even our young kids made note of it on multiple occasions. We originally booked a room on the hilltop but upgraded upon arrival to a beachfront and IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! The views were absolutely incredible from early morning to sunset. The rooms on the……
