“Comfortable stay in a perfect location!”

My husband, 7 year old son and I recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast just minutes from Telluride's main street. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the wide selection of foods available for breakfast. Bruce and Heather were wonderful hosts and offered many suggestions for activities and eateries. Definitely a place we would love to stay at in the winter season too!

“A "must stay" Inn”

Our host, Heather, and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and did everything to make our short stay a home from home experience: nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and bright and very comfortable. The breakfast room and service were also excellent. The location of the Inn was just off the main shopping area, but was quiet. Car parking facilities were on-street parking or in the garage (fee required $10/night). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

“A couple that loved this hotel!”

We stayed at the Aspen Street Inn for a wedding and it was wonderful. The room was a bit small but the small space was made up for by the beautiful balcony looking over the Telluride Ski resort (we were there during the fall colors- amazing) food and service! The location was perfect, located within a 3 minute walk of the gondola, and just a few blocks from main street. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

“New owner needs to improve service.”

The Aspen Street Inn used to be the San Sophia which was a great B&B. Non quests used to come here for the breakfasts that were excellent. The breakfasts are now just slightly better than a Holiday Inn Express breakfast. There's no air conditioning which wouldn't be needed if the windows could be left open, but they don't have screens. And on the first floor leaving windows open would be a security problem. The hot tub was as my wife put it: "not inviting." The Inn has a great location. But I wouldn't go back.
