The hotel that's foot steps from everythnig

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: It had a little bit of everything close to restaurants and shops recently renovated and most of all very good staff who go above and beyond.
Cons: Just facial things dry wall damage and a very slow elavator
I must say the staff at Comfort Suits exceeded my exception. I the front desk manager made my self and my wife to be feel very special from the flowers in the room to sending up a very lavish breakfast. Thanks to Gerg and Wendy who were kind and professional and to the housekeeper who brought the food to he room, I wish I new her name. But job well done five star service.

Ok

Posted Nov 25, 2014
I got a basement suite near the back door. When I arrived it was dark so I couldn't find the light switch to the main room for a while (it was at the back and I couldn't see how to turn on the lamps). It was freezing in the room and I had to use the personal heater. The first night was ok. The last night, all I heard was water sloshing and draining for hours. I had to drown out the noise so I could sleep, I had no idea it would never end. One day the internet was out all day and I realized that something about my room blocked/interrupted my phone data. It made no sense, I even tried my back up phone or tried to roam on another tower. Once I left the hotel, I could use the internet on my phone again. It did what I needed, but had some frustrations.

Great hotel - Annoying Parking

Posted Nov 23, 2014
Everything was perfect. I enjoyed it for a quick stay. Parking at the Ramada down the street for $20+ was a bit of a pain.

Looked clean, rooms a little small

Posted Nov 19, 2014
Booked a King for a friend and myself, they gave us two queen room, didn't have to pay anything extra. The room looked clean, but the room was a little on the small size.

Charmant séjour près du centre

Posted Oct 25, 2014
Location: Visite des quartiers en voiture faisable. Circulation importante néanmoins.
Hôtel sympathique, calme, près du centre. Parking a prévoir en plus, près de 29 CAD avec les taxes. Petit déjeuner très correct avec des gaufres possibles.

Nice updated hotel but poor area

Posted Oct 18, 2014
The hotel itself was nice, updated, and fairly comfortable. It is not in the greatest area but it still felt safe and you are right downtown and close to everything. However, we stayed two nights. The first night was fine and good. We were asked twice about room cleaning and said we didn't want any. When we returned around 3pm the room was cleaned anyway back to original condition. This was because they gave keys and the room to another traveler who walked into the room a little later. When we tried to sort out the issue we were basically told "Oh you are here another night" and given the different keys. I was disappointed that in such a small hotel they couldn't keep track of people staying two nights midweek without any explanation or without any apology.

Klein, aber oho!

Posted Oct 12, 2014
