"This was one of the greatest hotel experiences of our lives! We were in a large, deluxe room with a sensational view of the river. This felt like real, authentic elegance and it blew us away. The bed was superior, the bathroom was very well organized and the staff switched us to a shower rather than a bath/ shower as we have physical limitations.
