"This was one of the greatest hotel experiences of our lives! We were in a large, deluxe room with a sensational view of the river. This felt like real, authentic elegance and it blew us away. The cost was more than we've ever paid per night but we don't regret it at all. One of the top 3 hotel experiences my husband and I have had in 45 years."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel that literally was next to Victoria station. It was a cheerful place with helpful and attentive staff who listened to our requests and acted on them. The bed was superior, the bathroom was very well organized and the staff switched us to a shower rather than a bath/ shower as we have physical limitations.
