Great PLace
The hotel was located right downtown, with everything I wanted or needed just a walk or taxi cab ride away. The staff at the hotel was excellent, the food at the hotel restaurant was great, all the way around my stay was great !!

Other than the uncomfortable beds, it was great!
My only complaint was the uncomfortable beds. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the WORST sleep of my life. After the 1st night of no sleep I called the front desk to see if there was anything that we could do and they said no. They said that all the beds in the hotel were the same so switching rooms would not fix the problem. Like I said before, other than the beds, I would reccomend the hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was great, and for the price we paid, it was a good deal.

Loved it here!
This was a great hotel to stay in while visiting Chicago for my first time. It is very, very conveniently located to Magnificent Mile and is walking distance of so many destinations. The room was very clean and comfortable. And the hotel staff was extremely friendly and always accommodating. I will probably stay here again on my next visit to Chicago.

Great bang for the buck!
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The nightly rate was very reasonable so we were not sure if the quality of our room and the hotel itself would be something we would be happy with. Everything (room, service, staff, etc) was very good! The only thing that, in our opinion, was lacking was there was not a bar in the hotel. This was not a huge deal because there are so many resturants/bars within walking distance, but a bar in the hotel itself would have been nice.

Looooove it!
Love Four Points Sheraton! The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were extra generous in size, pillows were fabulous! We were in for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughters birthday & visit American Girl....couldnt have been happier with our choice....THANKS Four Points Sheraton!

The place to stay
My experience with the Hotel was outstanding. The service was excellent and the staff was always welling to help. The Hotel is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movies, etc. The room was clean and well maintained. I would likely stay there again. I travel to Chicago twice a year and this was by far my best experience.

Impressed and from NYC
I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is indeed very friendly and welcoming. We checked in at 10 am instead of 3 and nobody even said anything! The rooms were super clean and there were no hidden charges! Try deep dish pizza and Trader Joe’s Lime ice cream ! The location was very convenient to everything and Texas de Brazil steakhouse is right there!

Great Value for our family’s holiday getaway!
Our family of four was very pleased with our holiday stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Downtown. We were just one block away from the bus to the Museum District and about four blocks from the nearest subway station. There were several kid-friendly restaurants within walking distance (including Rainforest Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, ESPN zone, and several great Chicago pizzerias). The boys favorite part of the hotel was the pool after long days traipsing through the museum. Parking was expensive at $38/night, although that price is comparable to most other hotels. We didn’t try the breakfast (it was on the expensive side) but there was a small eatery next door called E-Leaven which served excellent, reasonably priced whole-food style fare. Four Points helped us to have a great family getaway on a budget!

I just don’t like the bedding in room. Other than that, everything is great! Great location, big room, really comfortable stay.

I would definitely stay in this hotel the next time!
This is an excellent hotel with excellent rates. The location was wonderful. One block from Magnificent mile were you find all stores: Gap, Guess, Ann Taylor, Levi’s, etc. You find Marshalls just in front. Although we didn’t include the breakfast you can find a Mc. Donald’s 3 blocks from the hotel or a Starbucks just round the corner. The rooms were very nice, neat and absolutely clean and they had and excellent service. All people in the hotel were very kind and helpful.

Four Points was a hit with us.
Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms great- with frig, microwave, coffeemaker. Never tried the continental breakfast, since it was early, like 6:30 am to 7:00 am. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location, pleasant hotel
Hotel was in one of the best locations in the city. The staff was pleasant. Got a free upgrade on the room at check-in. Their breakfast buffet was the worst overpricing crime I’ve ever seen, especially when there is a good restaurant connected to the hotel on the first floor. Overall recommended.

VERY NICE
Got there 5 hours before check in time and the hotel staff upgraded our room (for free) from our previous one so we got to check in early. Great staff and very friendly. The secure elevator is also a plus.

Incredible deal in an ideal location
When my girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel it was around 10:30 pm and the front desk was extremely helpful in facilitating our check in and actually helpful suggestions for where to grab a late night drink and meal. What I can’t stress enough is how helpful the front desk is. The other amenities in the hotel were excellent as well. The patio was open and the workout station and pool/jacuzzi was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is only two blocks away from the red line, so getting from downtown to chinatown or wrigleyville was no problem at all. Overall, a very pleasant visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel downtown.

Small and firendly felt very safe and welcome
as soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness it quite took me by surprise. The hotel is smaller than i thought, which i was delighted. That i feel is the essence of Four Points Sheraton’s homeliness. I got to know the staff after spending one evening in the hotel. The reception staff and the porters were not only friendly but very jovial. i was staying there for the New Year and there was real holiday feel to the hotel. The location is superb. i had a kingsize suite with jacuzzi which was excellent, also a balcony. The swimming pool and gym were spotless and as were staying on the same floor, everything was so convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in chicago. i felt safe there and i had an absolutely lovely holiday there. Well done Four Points Chicago.

Great Value, A Must See
Hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient. My room was ready as promised and I found everything in order. Large comfortable room with comfort controls that worked, plenty of hot water and great towels. I would certainly stay there again.

convenient and clean...loved it!
my mother and i booked a long weekend in chicago for a little christmas shopping. we’ve been to chicago several times, but this was the first time we stayed north of the chicago river. loved the location...a block from michigan ave. this was a fabulous little hotel for our little getaway. the rooms were super clean...and it has one of the cleanest hotel bathrooms i’ve ever seen. the ONLY complaint i had were the sheets on the beds. otherwise, it was great. you can’t beat the price or location. we will definitely consider staying there again, next time we’re itching for a little windy city shopping.

Great value for location
Tremendous value for the location. Service was good, condition of the hotel was great. Indoor parking without having to use a valet service made coming and going much simpler. Would stay there again.
