Very convenient location and shuttle to and from the airport. They could have better bedding and pillows. The pillows are too soft, it’s almost as if you don’t have a pillow.

Quiet and clean. Beka who worked at the front desk was exceptional providing customer service. The housekeeper was very nice! and the handy man who unlogged the bathtub drain when we checked in.

The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained with good staff. However, breakfast is not free if you’re not a Hyatt member and parking at the time of this review was 25$ a night, neither of these were clarified until after I had already booked and checked into the hotel.
