The staff was most helpful with our late arrival. My husband needed wheelchair assistance and the hotel had one for our use. They also commented on our anniversary and surprised us by comping our breakfast. We have stayed at, and will return to this property. It is well maintained, has a restaurant/sports bar, and our room is always clean.

Breakfast buffet was very nice with wide variety. Service staff was also very good. Front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Airport shuttle was well run and attended to details of luggage and drop off at terminals. The small packaged food concession was a nice touch. Space to drop off luggage if you arrive early was also a nice service. Convenience to "L" was very good. Overall, a well run and nice business hotel.

Front desk employees were so helpful and nice! Their staff clean the room daily so that was nice to come back to a clean room. Close to the Blue Line train mean easy access to public transportation. Will be back!

The hotel is close to the Blue Line train station; it is within walking distance. The airport is nearby—just a few minutes away by car or train. The room we stayed in smelled of cigarette smoke. The floor in the main lobby was dirty, especially right outside the elevators.

It was a smoke free hotel. Very clean. Highly recommend the breakfast in morning . I paid extra for it ,it was like 11$ for 2 people. It was delicious.will be going back close to grocery store and the Cumberland train stop in walling distance to take into Chicago. Also has a 24 hour misc. Store open for guest. It was also a nice quite hotel. They also provide Dove hair products and lotion.Also free parking!Had a fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, property and rooms very clean. Great shower, good hot and cold water. Small issue with keycard not working when we got back to the room, but staff corrected quickly. Perfect location. WiFi was not working well however.
