The good, the bad, and the ugly.
The good: location, atmosphere, beautiful Christmas decorations. Comfortable bed, nice amenities. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the Pump room was very good and very reasonably priced. Nice business center. . The bad: older a/c unit made it hard to regulate the temperature. On my hallway, there were some areas that definitely needed some repair/refurbishment. The ugly: I found condoms in my night stand drawer, including an open pack, along with a dirty tissue. Not a big deal, but when I told the girl at the desk, she was not especially nice, nor did she even apologize.

Terrific location!
Although an older hotel, the location and the "Pump Room" make it worthwhile.
