Close to Grant Park and the Loop. Very clean and staff were friendly. We felt safe in the area and the hotel help our luggage on our last day while we visited museums. We will definitely come back and stay here!

Staff was very kind, I always got a “good morning” and “have a good day” from housekeeping. Overall very satisfied with our stay, only complaint would be the temperature of the room was a little too warm, but tolerable.
