Great hotel!

My wife and I stayed here over night before a cruise. It was a beautiful hotel and awesome staff. they were very helpful with all of our needs and always did that lttle extrea to make us feel appreciated. well worth the price!

A Great Hotel

We recently stayed here for one night on our way back from a trip to Hawaii. We got in late around 10 pm. The staff were great and got our rooms right away. The rooms were very nice. The restaurant was closed because of the time bu the bar area was able to make us some food which was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

Embassy Suites at El Segundo NOT LA

The services and environment is as I am expected. One thing I would suggest is to let the front desk know that the sofa bed needs maintenance.

Best choice for family trips

My one and only hotel in the LA area.

Since my company headquarters is in El Segundo I started staying at Embassy Suites LA South over 25 years ago on business trips. There were many of those over the years. I retired in 1998 and since then have visited about twice a year since our son lives in Aneheim. We continue to return to this hotel since we are familiar with it and the area. One of the morning cooks has served us for 22 years. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Do not miss the breakfast. They have almost anything you could ask for. Made to order omelets, bacon, sausage, cereal, juices, pancakes and all kinds of fruit. The afternoon reception is also a plus.

The hotel was very noisy and dirty. I can’t believe they charge $21 a day for parking. It is in a very dangerous looking neighborhood. I would never stay there again, i had to move to another room be cause of all of the noise coming from the roof. The ceiling had very visable water damage. The rooms are very outdated and the outside of the hotel is very inattractive. It is by an ally and it was very dirty.

Great Hotel, would stay here again

We stayed here from 8/22/09-9/2/09 while visiting family in Westchester. The hotel is located very close to LAX, in fact you can see planes landing and taking of from the certain rooms in the front of the hotel. There is a cost for parking but we were able to park every night on the street without a problem. Full breakfast each morning and complimentary "happy hour" each night. Our room was adequate, beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and would stay in the future

Not Impressed

Was in L.A. with my daughter for vacation. Not a family friendly hotel. Breakfast was ok. Staff not very informed about sightseeing. Pretty atmosphere.

My expectations were higher as I have been to other hotels in the chain. The bathrooms need to be remodeled because they are old.

Get a rental car as there is no public transportation available.

hotel needs a major clean smell hits you as soon as you enter the front door the breakfast is great and close to beaches and airport with planes flying overhead all day and night.

we travelled with 2 small kids so having the 1 bedroom suite was great also the free brakfast was another plus but the overall general cleaniness was not satisfactory compared to other embassy suites we have stayed in

One Of The Best Hotels I’ve ever stayed at

This hotel was actually one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. The Breakfast buffet was amazing. It saved my family and i money, and the food they served was great. the hotel is in a great location. its about 2 minutes away from the beach and the airport is right across the highway. the only downside to this hotel was that the parking was very pricy . if you want to park in side the parking garage its going to run you $21 a night, but we didnt sweat it, we found plenty of parking on the street which is free. the service was awsome and the rooms were very very comfortable.

Visit Hollywood BLVD. Universal studios is awsome and dodger games are always fun to go see!

Wonderful place to stay

My family loved this hotel, we had a great time and stayed for 2 weeks. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. The room was a nice size for a family of 5 and the pool was nice to. It’s close to the beach and not far from everything else.

Los Angeles Best Hotel

I was impressed with the service I received at Embassy Suites. This is my first time staying at this hotel and I must say the service was great. From the full breakfast every morning to the manager’s reception in the evening. It was a delight staying here. My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Embassy Suites-LAX South. If you are traveling with your family, I would recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly as well and very accomodating. No need to pay for parking at the hotel. There are ample parking on the streets. One negative though, the condition of the pool could be maintained a little better.

No need to pay for parking at the hotel. There are ample parking on the streets. If you can’t find parking on the streets for whatever reason, you can always pull into the hotel parking lot and let them know you will be parking your car in the lot for that night.

No complaints

I’ve stayed in other Embassy Suites many times and this time did not disappoint. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Very Happy

You can tell that the hotel has a few years on her but our stay was excellent in all the ways that matter. Most importantly, our room was always very clean, the breakfast was tasty and offered ample variety and staff were consistantly accommodating. When you consider rooms include breakfast and a manager’s reception in the evenings this was an outstanding bargain for the LA area. I was afraid that since my room was directly across the street from the airport it would be very noisy but honestly, as long as the balcony window was closed I couldn’t hear any outside noise. The free shuttle to/from the airport was another plus.

A Trip to LA

Everything was wonderful except for two things. The first was the parking. There is on-street parking on a first-come first-served basis. We were fortunate to get parking there when we needed it. If we hadn’t, we would have had to pay $21 per day to park. The other was the internet. We have stayed in plenty of hotels where high speed internet was free. Here we had to pay $9 a day. The morning breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very helpful. I needed to borrow a wheelchair to get from my room to the eating facilities, and most of the time it was available. My room was a long way from the eating facilities and walking there was difficult.

Great Hotel to stay! Great Breakfast Buffet

This is my second stay at a Embassy Suite Hotel, it is great, very friendly staff, they let us check in early, the breakfast is excellent, very well kept rooms and nice decoration. We got a room with view to the airport, we enjoyed watching the airplanes.

No windows

My only complaint was that there was no way to look out of the room to see what the weather was like. The sliding windows were frosted over and locked. Other than that it was wonderful.

Liked the hotel and would stay there again

Room was clean, but wish you could open windows and the drains stayed in the sinks when they cleaned instead of the room. Loved the cooked breakfasts!

Save money by parking on the street, but make sure you move the car by 8:00am on the days they sweep the street. They ticket every car at 8:00 if they are not moved!

Great Hotel

The hotel was outstanding in all aspects. We loved staying there and will use it in the future. The airport transportation service is quick and friendly and even carried free bottled water.

i really liked the hotel because it had a living room type along with the bedroom, this was something new to me because usually i use motels that are cheaper for my budget but this was good enough, i will revommend it to any of my friends that will travel that is if the price range is good for them
