"We had a five night stay recently. We had a great time. The employees there were all so helpful and nice. Dennis the Bellman was so friendly and helpful. We loved the little bakery next door and got breakfast and coffee there in the mornings and the pastries were excellent. We got drinks in the bar last night and it was nice and quiet and relaxing. The elevators are tiny and just hold two people but we were on the third and fourth floors so we ended up just taking the stairs all the time because it was faster and easier (a plus was without having time to work out, the stairs gave me my workout each day). I wouldn't want to be higher up though. The neighborhood is nice and the front desk people recommended Serafina across the street for pizza and their food it just amazing and nice ambience too."

"This place was nasty it had a damp smell probably smoke. I could tell immediately that the sheets weren't fresh I pulled them back & too many hair was in the bed & a few on pillows not to mention the bathroom hairs stuck on the wall & the shower was dirty. Thank God I travel with disposable sheets & lysol, dettol & bleach. I wipe the floors with a rag & it was filthy dirty & lots of hair. Of course I forgot to take pictures it was late. I checked in at 11:46pm so I couldn't change rooms matter a fact cancel it was already late... I was outta there at 5am...check out is at 12noon oh gosh how can I forgot the parking situation its a joke it only hold like 15 cars & it's always full no parking on the street, but a garage that you have to pay for is 2 blocks down."

"I booked a room, later the same day canceled my reservation. I was unable to get my money back no refund no stay for another time. Nothing. Hotels.com app is a horrible app that tricks you in the end. The option for a refund is hidden and not disclosed until the end of your transaction, no chance of getting a refund back."

"Unclean unkept amenities. There was nothing positive. Thought it would be a good place considering it was near central park and a fairly good neighborhood! But it was just bad. i usually don't write any dramatic reviews but May 16-19 was a bad experience. 3 rooms. 1104 405. the worst of the lot and 303"
