“We were very surprised to find a small and beautiful town named Lechlade nearby. And it is 45 hours' drive to Cotswold which was quite acceptable. However the room was not tidy enough but still in the acceptable range.”

“From the moment we arrived at The Vale Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home by the wonderful young owners. Their warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every facility was impeccable, clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we will definitely be returning. A truly fantastic stay from start to finish!”

“Very comfy bed, great pub drinks, nice real ales and cider and atmosphere, room was comfy and warm enough and pub was really local for what I needed. Manager really friendly and accommodating and biscuits in the room a welcome too. Definitely stay there again soon ”
