“We have visited this hotel many times before, and it has been amazing., unfortunately this time round was a different story. Communication was poor, we had booked a suite as a treat for Easter, part of this package was VIP parking, when we arrived the car park was closed, no email, no message on the Expedia chat with the hotel. We parked in the multi-story which was fine, the next day we were informed that the car park was now open, we moved the car only to be sent back by security who informed……

“Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. ”
