“The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel. Even half of the downstairs rooms have a small flight of stairs you need to go up. If you have mobility issues, this might be a challenge. I had torn my meniscus a couple years ago, and even after surgery, it’s still gets some twinges. It didn’t feel great after lugging my suitcases up a flight of stairs. “I didn’t give a 5 because although everything was so nice, there was a mandatory power outage from 11 pm to approximately 7:00 am. This put a bit of a damper on the continental breakfast and of course it was a very dark room. We were given a nice little flashlight to help us. Very much appreciated. Room smelled fresh and it was clean. Beds were great. Front desk personnel was super nice, too.”

“This property is in great need of upgrades. Although we booked a non-smoking room, the room smelled terribly of smoke: So much so that our clothing also smelled. There was no flooring in the hallways, and the shared spaces were very dirty. The room had hair everywhere, a filthy bathroom, and very few amenities. The breakfast was the worst I've ever experienced with Coolaid being the only drink option. I was embarrassed that I had chosen this place for my extended family. I could go on and on……

“The hotel is undergoing some aesthetic renovations but everything was very clean! The gentleman who checked me in was so kind and accommodating and offered doughnuts because he didn’t want to waste them. I’d highly recommend staying here!”
