Hotel room condition was awful.. As in, the toilet seat wasn't even attached to the toilet level of bad. This place is a one night stop only if you're desperate for a cheap stay. Staff were nice though!

Property of it self needs serious cleaning. From there advising it not what it looks like. Not one off the 3 different men ( receptionist) was friendly or courteous, a hello, good morning reply, would off been nice, in my room there was no kettle for coffee while I asked and was told he would send it up never got it. On the sides off the bed was very filthy, tissues, loads off dust, when I arrived late Thursday night there was pieces off broken tissue on the bathroom floor which was never cleaned even though the replaced towels soap. Very disappointing for that area of London. I would suggest, putting a proper shower curtain rode or curtain rings, because I am sure they end up spend a lot on curtains as if one is not careful it will rip quite easily. Asked about parking, he pointed at the sign, when I asked the cost he said he did not know I needed to call as it's 3rd party. I don't think it would be that hard to have information about things or services that are offered. I even took photos.

OMG. the bugs had a feast with my friend and I. It could have been bed bugs and mosquitoes. We were in one room the first night and was attacked by bugs. When we told the manager he gave us another room but we still got bit and the lock on the door was broken.
