“Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.”
“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good.
The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy.
There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”
“There were no outlets near any of the mirrors in the room for using a hairdryer, and the bathroom only had a socket for shavers. The only outlet closest to a mirror was at the very bottom of the full-length mirror by the entrance—almost at floor level. Since the hairdryer’s cord was too short, trying to use it in front of a mirror in the room was pure frustration.
The drop-off zone in front of the hotel entrance costs £7.20 and only allows a 10‑minute stay? That's insane.”
