“I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk……

“After signing paperwork and paying, the staff decided to let me know that pest control and corporate would be entering all rooms. Very inconvenient when I have a pet I brought with me. I had to buy a kennel last minute… this should have been mentioned beforehand. I got into the room and was absolutely blown away… roaches crawling… floors filthy… bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way… mold in corner in bathroom… TV looked to be a smart TV but was not… absolutely TERRIBLE for 300.00 bill. Save……

“I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.”
