"The staff were beyond terrific! Can’t say enough about them! Our room had an issue where the tub and sink were backing up. We reported it and they came and fixed it pretty promptly. The breakfast was plentiful and the woman working it was helpful and kind. If you are going to a chiefs game it is a great location but you don’t want to be out walking in the dark. There was a fair amount of homeless people in the immediate area."

"Stayed here as we came to town to catch a football game at Arrowhead. The location was perfect…maybe 14 or 15 minutes to the stadium. I think the price was excellent and the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, rooms tidy, and beds comfy. Nice and quiet. Hotel bar was so nice to have and there is a selection of bar food if you’re hungry. There is a pizza place and a Cheddars very close by. Also Bass Pro Shop and a Duluth Trading Co. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks!"

"The rooms were really clean. The common areas were old looking. Torn carpet, discolored elevator doors and worn off numbers on inside of the elevator. No one cleaned our room after we requested it cleaning. We were out from 10:00am-9:00pm. No hot water second morning."
