“Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Only concern was the ac unit. Room kinda had a mold smell to it, the ava wasnt on when I got into room. My throat was all jacked up sleeping in room 204, but once I was outside my throat cleared up. Y'all might wanna test for mold, I might ask for a refund pending on my what dr says. One more thing, you can hear the traffic from I-70. But not bad for a short stay/red rocks trip. Definitely wouldn't stay there more than three days because of the mold smell.”

“It appears to be an older property. The furniture and carpet in the lobby was dated and dirty. Our room average, but seemed to be clean. You get what you pay for, so it wasn't bad for the price.”

“Even though I confirmed my reservation, that morning, when I arrived at the hotel, my party of 3 was told the bed + sofa room we had reserved 3 months in advance was not actually available due to being over booked. Their only option was to give us a room with just a bed and a recline, leaving one person to sleep in the recliner because it was too late for us to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress. The front desk agent did not offer any compensation for getting a smaller room than we paid for……
