“Floor was wet throughout the room due to the auto fan on the air conditioner got turning off the bathtub was dirty. The toilet seat was broke was an advised that housekeeping and maintenance will not be in until the morning I requested for them to come and fix that toilet seat enter clean the bathtub. No one showed up for management was advised that management will be in the morning on Sunday the 19th. also check the refrigerator. It was dirty. I don’t know if it was mowed or dirt and management……

“When we checked in, person, the desk was very rude. He told me that I would need to pay a $60 deposit before I could get my room. He didn’t say please or thank you. He treated me like I was a gangster.”

“Told my room had been cancel that morning and I sat in the lobby for one hour and 25 minutes before I was able to prove to them that I had a paid for room reservation. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Room was dirty and shabby… my carpet was duct taped to cover the rips, all furnishings were chipped and scratched . The Armchair fabric was torn with stuffing hanging out. Refused to give me the picture they took of my ID the following morning. Refused to tell me who the manager was. No movie……

“The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Curtains were missing, shower curtain was too small and water got all over, handle in the shower fell off, blood stains on the stairs, and staff was extremely rude. Saw the manager belittling an elderly cleaning lady trying to ask questions. Couldn’t even give me extra pillows and towels. Ended up going to the Hilton Garden and at least 18 other rooms were people who left Baymont.”
