“First time experience was best starting with free garage parking. From there get on the elevator and checking in. Check in with shift manager Shanika she was super sweet and nice. Explained everything and showed us how to access everything. Casino was nice. Ordered breakfast was good. Casino was big and nice only thing not a gambler so lost my money lol. But would recommend nice hotel was beautiful.”

“The facilities are not bad, gas station near by. The sound insulation is not good. Wifi connections are sometimes interrupted.”

“This is a newer hotel so I feel that all staff and amenities are very pleasing. The stay was comfortable, everything was clean & the hotel staff is friendly. To my knowledge, there are only two chain hotels located directly in Crown Point. All other hotels are in Merrillville - the neighboring city. Towne Place is directly across from everything that seems to be of convenience; restaurants, gas, groceries, & U. Of Chicago extension hospital...”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was enough parking in the parking lot. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but, the room smelled like black and milds. The bathroom ceiling was pilling over the shower. But other than that. Our stay was great.”

“Parking was right outside our room and we had a patio door which made getting items in and out very easy.”

“As soon as we entered our room, it smelled very musty/almost moldy and the carpets were not vacuumed and dirty. My partner was sick so we booked a hotel for the night so she could feel better, but we woke up in morning feeling like we should have asked to switch rooms at least”

“Tv’s aren’t equipped with apps or Bluetooth. So you’ll have to look at the guide the old fashion way. Other than that, everything was great!”

“Nice, clean property with very helpful staff. Close to I-94 without much road noise. Culver’s across the street and a several gas stations around the corner. Breakfast was available with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and fruit”

“Very outdated, mold around the window”

“Clean room in a hotel located right off the highway. Plenty of food and shopping nearby as well as a casino. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but you can't complain if it's free.”

“Rooms were very clean. I think this is one of the only hotels I have felt truly safe with staying by myself. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the property itself is beautiful. Their thermostats were also very nice, typically hotels don't have them, but I appreciated that this one did!”

“The hostess laughed when I asked what the breakfast was like. I understood why the next morning. Shower was stained, found trash around the room, and the bed was the creakiest thing I've ever slept on.”
