In the early 70s, our family drove from New Brunswick Canada to Orlando Beach Florida; a long drive, to be sure. I don't recall where the billboards for South of the Border started but my 7 year old self sure wanted to stop. We never did... This stop was in February 2015 when my husband and I were driving back to New Brunswick from Myrtle Beach.
