“The Hotel is an apartment hotel, they have a WhatsApp but they communicate via email so it is super inconvenient. I suggest they communicate via WhatsApp it is more efficient. I met the owner, not a very nice and accommodating guy for someone who owns a hotel and works in hospitality. Hotel is located far from the city itself but a bus ride away, overall clean rooms and bathroom, you cannot store your luggage unlike other hotels, if I am back in Edinburgh, I will NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.……

“Excellent simple accommodation with shared bathroom. Extremely clean, warm and relatively quiet (for an old building). No notification of door key code as promised but staff resident so no issues with 21:00 check-in. Would definitely stay again.”

“Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. No outdoor lighting and slippery broken decking steps is a health and safety hazard. Another guest kept leaving the main door open, and one night I took my dog out in the night to……
