“Our stay at the Best Western Aku Tiki Inn was absolutely terrible from start to finish. When we first arrived, the room they gave us was actually under construction. We had to drag all of our luggage back downstairs to the front desk just to get another room. The second room wasn’t much better because the balcony door didn’t even work properly. To make matters worse, this hotel only has two elevators, and one of them has apparently been broken for over a year. That meant long waits and……
