“Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling……

“Absolutely disgusting. We booked here originally because it was closer to our family we were visiting but when we arrived it was quickly decided to stay somewhere else. The pool was closed/maintenance (should be updated when booking), there were huge rolls of carpet crowding the lobby, and they put our family (2 adults and 3 children) on the 3rd floor with no working elevator. One night would have been doable but not for an entire week. There were no other guests staying in the hotel so why they……

“My stay was not very comfortable. The air conditioner was caked with dust/dirt, the paint from the wall was bubbling, falling off the wall, there were holes in the shower, there was such a big gap underneath the door someone literally could have laid down, looked under my door and seen inside the room. My room also had bugs! The cleaning staff was also loud as all get out all hours of the night, slamming doors, slamming their rolling cart all down the hallways. I paid almost $200 for two nights……
