“The hotel must be very new because everything is in great condition. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, and outdoor furniture was again in excellent condition. The entire property was thoughtfully designed and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. “This is a local 1 bed apartment. It wasn’t exactly what I expected from the pictures. The AC worked well but was only in the bedroom. They had coffee as well as beer and water in the fridge! It was really hard to find if you weren’t local - the confirmation address should be updated. Also hot water for the shower relied on flipping a switch connected to the light over the sink - didn’t figure this out until one cold shower! ”

“Overall, our family liked this condo. Great location in Ceiba. Wish we had more amenities like more silverware, pots, pans, grill but if you’re looking to just pretty much sleep there, I would recommend this. Also, plumbing isn’t the best. Both showers were backed up the whole time we were there. Finally communication with the rental management company was a little bit challenging. I think there’s some opportunity for them to provide more clarification on how to get in and out of the property……

“The team from Expedia should really go see this place before offering it to the Expedia customers. We depend on you and trust that you have done your part before booking your clients. The place is semi abandoned with two out of the four buildings boarded up and broken windows and the place really needs a good cleaning and painting,new roof, power washing exterior and so on.
