“The room was big! Large shower and balcony/ porch with a table and 4 chairs. For the price we were amazed. We were able to go to the rainforest and come back to dry all the shoes outside. The staff were all so friendly! The room did not have a safe and we left a laptop and iPad and had no problems. The room was quiet. The water pressure good. Beds were great. I would give 10 stars. I am so glad we stayed here and not old San Juan where we contemplated staying.”

“If your looking for something close to the beach this is it. The door leading to the outside of our room is unsafe. There is a billboard sign that shines into your room at night which makes it bright as day a blackout curtain would of been nice. There is a hole in the wall where a fire siren should of been. The main door only has a twist knob lock on it. A strong kick would break either door in. The pictures are better then the room”

“Staff are nice Location is good However PR is having water supply problem and it affects visiting experience a loooooooot! Weeks without water supply rely on water tanks No toilets available nearby ,Even in the Restaurants ,bars and parks , everyone have to use the dry toilets and not even able to shower after going to the beach I can’t really expect that would happen in an ISLAND with tropical rainforests like Puerto Rico”

“The property was as described. The space was clean and smelled good.. Although the couch was full of stains already which with proper communication was dealt with. To avoid the property charging me for that. The outside of the property needed maintenance; however that was done on the 4th day of my stay. I did have an issue with the bathroom not sure exactly what but I did come back to the room being flooded and I had to use the towels provided to attempt to dry it as there was no mop bucket but……
