“Rooms are very clean, basic amenities, excellent staff,Aly and Norma are fantastic and very accommodating! They made sure we were very comfortable and satisfied with rooms and overall stay. They also have great recommendations for dining and all of them were amazing! You must bring your own wash cloths due to their Green policy,soap is provided in shower,water is hot. Comfortable waiting lounge if you arrive early before check in,they can also keep luggage behind office desk if you want to go……

“Great location, walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Rooftop swimming pool, complimentary beach towels and chairs were a nice touch.”

“I waited like four hours to get into this property. I want a refund couldn’t stay cause there was bugs. Couldn’t even turn the TV on had to book another room. after like three hours, they gave me a code for a door that needed it key. It was ridiculous. Could not use credit cards in the area. Had to go to an ATM. I’m trying to figure out if I was double charged right now.”

“Nice clean hotel. When we checked in at almost 4pm. Our bed was not made yet and dirty towels and sheets still in the room . Beside that everything were good . ”

“AC was great. There was an available parking lot close to the property (Free). The only amenity in the hotel, is a small swimming pool. The staff were good. The room was super clean. ”

“The staff was very cordial. I had to move a night table to retrieve a hair clip and I can tell that no one has cleaned the area behind the night stand for a while and there was small roach. Shower curtain needs to be replace immediately. The plastic receptacle to connect the blow dryer is broken. The room needs a fresh coat of paint; there are scuff marks on the walls. The sheets looked worn out and the comforter feels very worn out.This room needs a serious and total makeover. I will not……

“Check in was easy. The desk attendant was nice & a good communicator. When she asked for my card, she automatically explained that it would not be charged unless there was damage to the room, and no holds would be placed on it. She gave me a ground floor room, explaining that the stairs were quite tricky. The floors are part cement, which seemed hard to clean, so they were a tiny sticky/dirty, but the room had definitely been cleaned. They were neat though because the original tile was exposed……
