“Do not stay in room 41. Door does not close properly. Don’t complaining if check in takes an hour longer, don’t complain about TV control broken and unable to connect to TV. Don’t complain if after inspection, sheets were not changed and left used, or AC has mold, or there is dry hair still in the shower drain (after inspection), it may lead to way less services. Don’t be surprised if maid services accidentally over look the signage at the door for room service.”

“Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything.”

I didn’t see any staff while we were staying there and rooms don’t get cleaned during the day but besides that the location was perfect and the breakfast station was amazing. The hammocks near the pool felt like a sanctuary. Could relax out there all day.”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……
