“Except we were email/ call 3 times with 24 hours before check-in (I couldn’t help but guessed it was due to they had nobody working after 9pm), everything was beating expectation. Room was decent. Service was excellent - TV remote was available (for our device to connect to hdmi) the minute we asked ; room was cleaned, bed were made, towel replaced, bathroom was cleaned, garbage was cleared daily - which was not the case in most of the motel. We were so excited to bbq in motel public area……

“Allison was so kind and helpful with all the instructions, and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with our family. The interior felt warm and cozy, with so many cute touches throughout the house. Everything we needed was stocked, and even the Joshua Tree Coffee beans were delicious. The beds were comfortable, the whole place was spotless, and the backyard was much bigger than we expected, giving the kids plenty of space to play. We also loved the Polaroid camera, it added such a sweet touch……

“The home was just as described. And it was so well stocked! The layout of this home is really nice, easy for us to all be together. My Grandson had fun with the pool table. We enjoyed the hot tub and made smores on the outside fireplace. Centrally located to everything in Joshua Tree. Many good restaurants there. We also enjoyed hiking the park. Owners were very helpful and responsive.”

“Perfectly nestled between 29 Palms and Joshua Tree proper. The property managers were great at responding and working with us when we ran into small technical glitch before we checked in. The house was absolutely gorgeous and really allowed us to relax and enjoy the desert views and slow pace. But it only takes about 5-7 min to get to downtown Joshua Tree!! We will be back!!!”
