“The hotel interior is very tired and in need of a deep clean. And the furniture has seen better days. “The room was good for price with breakfast, comfortable, and clean, the toilet was big. The location was near the beach, but a bit far from the train station. Moreover, the hotel has no lift, so that we must carry the big luggage to the third floor with the thin staircase. No wife in the room, you must come down from the third floor to the lobby for the Internet.”

“The check in system is terrible. All AI run. You get your details to get into the hotel by WhatsApp. You cannot contact the hotel to ask questions. They took £6.66 from me to secure the reservation, when I had paid the complete price through Expedia and then on check in day they took £152 'in respect of your reservation'.
