“The clerk at the desk was too busy on his phone to deal with me and my booking. Then they added charges not listed on Expedia. I felt like I was being scammed with extra fees for my dogs. Even trying to add rooms to make the excess dogs fees not being more than the room charges. Overall this is not a pet friendly hotel. They make it seem like they have you at a disadvantage and can overcharge any amount they choose. i would not recommend this location for pet owners.”
