"The Information I received told me to check in at the Plaza condominiums. When I went there to check in they informed me they had not provided that service for the Gateway condominiums for 2 years! They were, however, able to tell me where to go to check in. Upon arriving at condo the door was very difficult to unlock. First impression of the condo-it needed a lot of love and updates. The following day the key to the condo would not work at all and twice I had to call maintenance to let me in....

"Very easy to access the unit, and the accommodations were great, very clean and spacious. Everything you would need in a kitchen was provided: a comfortable bed and a great workspace. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Perfect location and easy parking. Can't wait to stay here again, wonderful owners! "

"We were in Crested Butte for a mini ski vacation, and this property was perfect for my husband and I and our small dog. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a separate sitting area with its own television so that we didn’t disturb each other early in the morning. Highly recommend!"

"This condo was located perfectly, easy access to shuttle and convenient parking. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again."

"Lodge was nice, room was very comfortable and well-stocked. The lodge was 1 minute away from the free bus shuttle into Crested Butte, so we didn’t need to drive or find parking. Appreciated that it was dog-friendly. We will come back. The only problem was checking in. As instructed, we went directly to the Lodge & they said they couldn’t help us. The “help line” told us to go to a nearby hotel to sign in, but the fellow there called the Lodge, they agreed that we did nave a reservation, so...
