“Had to wait two days for our rooms..Suppose to be smoke free smelled like nothing but cigarettes weed... Never got pur refund an we cleaned our room..do not recommend staying there..”

“When you walk into the lobby, all you smell is marijuana, our room was disgusting. There were hairballs on the carpet. There were brown stains on the curtains and the walls. The table was leaning and broken. The refrigerator was frozen over and stained. The air conditioner cover was laying on the floor, and the AC unit was black and covered in bugs and the shower rod was coming off the wall. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had at a Wyndham property and the desk clerk and manager were……

“The hvac unit in our room was very noisy. It made a high-pitched whine. I asked via text if they could look at it. No one did. The carpet in our room was old and looked dirty. It did seem that they were in the middle of remodeling, updates, so hopefully those things will be fixed. The front desk staff was friendly.”

“Room was not well kept in the kitchen area. Opened the bathroom door to a smell so bad it near made my Girlfriend sick. Went to the front desk and without saying anything they knew why we were coming back up. They knew the room was not good an still chose to try and rent it to us. Absolutely don’t recommend.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different……
