“Excellent hospitality service. At checking in staff were polite and respectful. Breakfast meal is family friendly if you are traveling with young children. Gym could use some upgrades.”

“Warmly greeted. Great room on top floor! Excellent workout room with top of the line, good condition equipment. Convenient to have Tavola restaurant right in the building for dinner before concert (we could walk to) and a drink after. Second time staying here. ”

“This property is beautiful with a lobby bar and large clean rooms with nice products in the shower. We checked in around 7:30-8pm and found we could not get in the building without setting up contactless check in through the app. Luckily some one from inside was able to open the door for us and there was a human at the desk to check in with. I'm not a fan of contactless any thing, I would rather deal with a person every time, but I get it may have been for evening security that the doors were……

“I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated. I asked why they canceled my room and they didn't notify me. They said Expedia canceled and I had to call them. I called Expedia and……

“Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. ”

“Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court. Staff was super nice and they provide free breakfast and snacks. Would definitely return to stay here as it met our needs as in location, cleaniness , and……
