“We booked weeks in advance. Drove 5 1/2 hrs to get there and was told that they were sold out and we would need to contact expedia to figure out how to get our mk ey back. We explain we that we just drove 5 hrs and have a child with us. They said there was nothing they could do. As I sat on the phone trying to figure out how to contact expedia, a couple walked in and they was told told that they could only offer them one room I stead of the two they booked. I told them absolutely not. Why would……

“Breakfast was the same every day. Cage free eggs waffles and turkey sausage. There were also options of yogurt and cereal.”

“Room was still dirty, cereal on the floor, some brown goop on the bathroom floor. Booked a king bed and had two queens, no other available rooms. Breakfast was good though”

“Don’t stay here. Our check in took over 20 minutes because they messed up the reservation payment, room was very dirty, tv didn’t work, room only had 2 small towels that were more like dish rags, bathroom toilet was discussing, no coffee or cups in the room, other than that it was great.”
