This was your generic hotel. Nicely kept, comfy beds, awesome selection of breakfast but the building is certainly older and it shows. It’s not falling apart by any means but could use a renovation. Everything was clean and check in/out was a breeze. Loved the breakfast selection, honestly I was surprised at how good it was. Pool was nice too but also quite old looking. Overall I would say solid stay and would stay again but more of a place to spend the night rather than go to enjoy the hotel amenities

We've stayed at this location multiple times. It works for parents with kids visiting museums and events in downtown Rochester. It's only 15 from downtown. The positives include affordable, reasonably clean, an included decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. The mediocre is that the rooms lack places to hang clothes and towels in the bathrooms, the walkways in the room are tight, the bathroom fixtures are warn and sometimes take fiddling to make work properly, the dining room is best early in the morning because it gets very full as the morning goes later, and the pool can be overly crowded depending on time of day. It's not posh, but it's good value for the money and we've never had problems with noise or unresponsive staff.

If in doubt, stay here. 5 * for everything. We thought it was a brand new hotel! Pristine clean rooms. Wonderful shower. So comfy bed and pillows. Pull down shade kept light out. Quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast best hotel breakfast ever. Pancake station, mini omelets (egg white veggies and cheese), bacon, turkey sausage, nice selection of juices and coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries that looked delicious. We found our new forever hotel when we ate in Rochester to visit our kids and grands. Above and beyond every hotel we have stayed at in the Rochester area.

The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good. They had 3 different types of eggs, sausage and Bacon. Then your breads , cereal any yogurts. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. They have a really nice seating area outside and a bbq for people to use. Overall it was a great experience.

Everything about the stay was fine except for the state of the bathroom. There was quite a bit of hair left in the tub and on the floor. There was some sort of sticky substance on the sink vanity and quite a bit of dirt and other debris in majority of the corners of the bathroom. I will say the pillows were probably the most comfortable I have ever had at a hotel.

Staff were accommodating. There were long hairs left on floor in bathroom. The toilet kept running every few minutes so we had to turn the water off to stop it. The breakfast was lacking. No oj, lemonade, bacon, sausage, nothing but a few yogurts in the fridge, no milks. Pancake were spongy, didn’t eat them. Had to go to front desk person to ask them to refill everything. Garbage was overflowing. Not sure that I would pick this hotel again.
