“Good location at a good price. The only thing I did not like was the clerk's lack of concern for me making an error on my booking. I made a mistake by making a reservation for next week, when I meant to indicate this week instead. I tried contacting Expedia to see if I could cancel this non-refundable mistake for next week, but the clerk couldn"t care less or even offer to help me resolve this mistake. “The interior was immaculate, plenty of socializing space. Still new, so some future features were still off line - the restaurant, tap wall, courtyard etc. The suite was spacious and well appointed, liked the robes and the record player, needs some more pop and romantic albums. I missed a full facial tissue box and my hotel lament, no clock, I don’t sleep with my phone. I would definitely recommend the property.”

“We selected this hotel based on the recent reviews, combined with the fact that the room was cheaper than the Hampton, where we usually stay when traveling. The housekeeping staff was so sweet, front desk check-in staff was very friendly, and the breakfast staff was super helpful, friendly, and kept everything maintained throughout breakfast (clean, refilled, etc.). “The hotel had a really bad infestation of German coach roaches in two closed off rooms that were 3/4 rooms down from our room. The staff reassured us that the next day they would upgrade our room and also give a partial refund and claimed the new room would be bug safe but we didn’t want to risk. They tried to convince us that it’s wasn’t as bad as I think. But the amount of bugs I saw crowing out of those closed rooms were proof that the infestation was massive.”

“The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the ac cold. It was the perfect location for us. It was confusing to find, because the sign was wrong. The place has seen better days and needs a complete upgrade. The exterior stairway was very shaky and almost dangerous! We stayed two days and it worked for us, but we were deceived by the pics in Expedia! The staff was great, but some of the tenants were a little bit worrisome.
