"The room was new and very clean. I liked how it had a little kitchen. We didn’t use it, but would be nice to have if we were staying longer. The bed was a very uncomfortable spring bed. The hotel is right off of Bangerter Highway. All night we could hear the cars. Also, there are only blinds in the room so the sun shone through early. Blackout curtains would have been nice. Overall, clean, uncomfortable bed, with very few amenities."

"Most disgusting sh*thole ever!!! BEDBUGS!!!! The 1st room- the TV didn't work. The front desk lady told me to come down to switch it. When I got in the elevator I almost slipped because the whole thing had puddles. No wet caution sign. When I got down there, the water trailed all the way down the hall & lobby to the pool. When I mentioned it, she shrugged it off like it's normal because kids just got out. They switched me to "a suite that is their most expensive room" because they didn't have any other double bed rooms. It was about 8pm now. Watched TV until 10 & went to bed. At 2am I woke up itching all over. I had bites everywhere! I started searching the bed & lo and behold- BEDBUGS!!! Dead ones & alive ones. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. I waited until first light & got the hell out of there!! When I told the front counter before leaving, & asked for a refund, again- didn't seem like anyone cared. She said she wasn't even a front desk person & I would have to call the manager later but more than likely I would not get a refund. Even though I told her I had video & photo proof. The NEXT day they attempted to charge my card a 2nd time for another $100 security deposit!!! Luckily my card was locked!! Expedia attempted to contact them on my behalf to get a refund. I honesty don't know how those conversations went but at the end of the day, I was not getting the refund. I also reported them to the local Health department & also to Super 8 Wyndham managent. "

"10 out of 10 amazing stay. Everything was perfect from the rooms to the staff. I was a bit dubious about booking here at first after seeing the other reviews about the rude staff working here, but decided that a nice clean room is worth putting up with a rude associate when checking in. Apparently all those reviews about that are from old staff, because everyone who worked there was amazingly nice and accommodating! Will definitely be staying here whenever I have to come up to the area for work"
