“I absolutely love this place. I've always sad when it's time to leave. The people are so sweet and caring and helpful and unbelievable. The place is clean and the rooms are fresh smelling and it's very pretty and the parking lot is great and it's just wonderful I just don't have enough words to say how wonderful it is. ”

“very comfy bed, very good water pressure, clean shower, clean overall but dingy and needs a little TLC. Didn’t like the sink outside the bathroom. Only One hand towel! The refrigerator made a high pitch hum. The bathroom fan was ridiculously ear splitting loud. Forgot to put DND sign on door the first day and came back to find bed made and new towels. Fine i guess but really thought after Covid that didn’t happen anymore anywhere. Next morning cleaning lady knocked at 830 am! Even after we said……

“We love a place with character, charm, and hospitality. Lloyd’s did not disappoint. The property is right on the river and we enjoyed winding down and relaxing on the porch and at the fire pit area. The room was cozy and rustic with the feel of an “old timey” cabin. We were there in February and the water took a very long time to get hot but it did eventually get to bathing temperature. Check in was smooth and Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and available on the property. Location is convenient……

“Staff was not very friendly. Maybe because they were on smoke break right outside the main doors when we arrived and we interrupted their smoking. The next staff member was abrupt when I asked for conditioner for my hair. I was informed they didn’t provide that except during their busy season. The bed was only a little better than laying on bricks. I’ve never slept on a harder mattress in my life! No fridge or microwave in the room. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that didn’t provide……

“For the price, this was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and there is plenty of lighted parking. If I go up to the Cherokee area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stays at Sleep Inn in Bryson City.”
