“The room was clean with the exception of the floor. We were in a dog-friendly room so no carpet. The smell of pine cleaner was overpowering when we walked in. I determined that cleaner had been put on the floor but not wiped down after. I dampened a towel and started to wipe the floor. The towel was genuinely black after several swipes. It was gross! Secondly, the toilet was very wiggly.”

“The breakfast was basic but ok. The air conditioning unit was unbelievably loud and made horrible rattling noises so we had to turn it completely off to sleep. Fortunately, it wasn't too hot outside so we didn't struggle without air conditioning. The beds are very firm, so be aware of that. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful.”
