“Having 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was a huge plus. It makes a vacation with a bunch of adults easy and fair. The neighborhood is safe, pretty quiet, had easy on-street parking available nearby but it’s conveniently located to access several San Francisco destinations with a short drive. “We stayed for three nights and very much enjoyed the flat. Super clean with nice amenities. The host adds many nice touches, like sleep masks and ear plugs (though you don't really need them). There is plenty of street parking, though it is a little steep for those who aren't used to SF streets, but we are. The host is very nice and communicates well with her guests. Busy Cortland street with many restaurants is close by, as is a huge park if you have dog. We would highly recommend this...

“Absolutely amazing place to stay in the city. We had some shows to go to but I almost would have been happier just staying in. The house is a timeless design with a jaw dropping view of the city. All the rooms on the first floor are well equipped for guests and the space is immaculate. The ceiling is well insulted you can’t hear any footsteps from The living room upstairs from the bedrooms. Peaceful, quiet place on top of the hill we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city...
