“Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced.”

“we stayed in this cozy yet spacious home for ten days. it was the perfect place from which to do all the things we needed while in San Francisco. Barry is a thoughtful, communicative host and his home is well-appointed with everything we needed. i’d stay here again for sure!”

“I stayed here for a week to visit my brother. It was perfect walking distance and i did a lot more walking in San Francisco than i do at home! I wasn't at the hotel much during the day but it was quiet at night and i slept good! I had a small fan because I'm hot natured and that helped. The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you!”

“We had a great stay at Tim's place. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Check in & out was super easy and Tim was very responsive if we needed anything. Very nice touches in the house including beautiful fresh flowers in each room-Tim even left us fresh berries from the local market. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay in the city. We had some shows to go to but I almost would have been happier just staying in. The house is a timeless design with a jaw dropping view of the city. All the rooms on the first floor are well equipped for guests and the space is immaculate. The ceiling is well insulted you can’t hear any footsteps from The living room upstairs from the bedrooms. Peaceful, quiet place on top of the hill we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city……

“The property was very clean, 15-20 min from downtown SF, had a lot of amenities, and was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The steep hills were hard to park on but there is plenty of parking on other streets. The back patio is shared with other people and includes the washing machine and a propane fire-pit. The inside of the property was very cozy and had plenty of space, although the furniture can be a bit stiff Our hosts were very friendly and had great communication during our stay. ”

“The unit‘s I set up very nicely, and the views unique. For our purposes, with three couples and a infant with the need to set up in Bernal Heights neighborhood-it was perfect.Call communication was good and everything in the building exceeded expectations.”
