“今次訂房有超賣情況發生, 所以酒店當日不能提供已訂購的酒店, 但酒店職員十分盡力安排善後工作, 以為照顧客人需要, 安排真的值得一讚。職員貼心又有禮貌, 由門口行入lobby, 以及酒店餐廳都令人有賓至如歸的感覺, 我下次一定會再選擇入住。 房間舒適, 設計有品味, 應有盡有！”

“Rooms are small and lack storage space but have everything you could want, microwave, TV etc. Clean and tidy with very helpful and friendly staff, though the Roku TV takes a bit of getting used to.”

“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”

“我覺得我沒有一晚洗澡洗的乾淨，蓮蓬頭是固定的已經不是很好洗澡了，水量還很小，跟櫃台反應，他們說每間房間都是如此，只能忍耐。”
