“Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at.
The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet.
Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt.

“Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. “The hotel staff are good especially reception and the gym but the spa which I was looking forward to it Wasn’t great
You have to pay extra so my husband couldn’t use the facilities even though I had 3 treatments
Which were not great the therapists are only just out of training yet they charge full price
I must admit I was lucky with my facial which was excellent
But the whole spa experience is not worth the money”

“The hotel was in a great location. Around a 20 minute drive from all the little trips we had planned on our weekend. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms were very clean. A little outdated but clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good too. I would happily stay here again !”
