"We always stay in this hotel because the location is right in the middle of Chester, the rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Lovely fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Our room had air conditioning though not available in all rooms I think, much needed for our stay in the extreme hot weather. Reception was very pleasant and welcoming and helpful. Great hotel to stay for a few days visit to Chester. we always stay at the back of the hotel as it is quieter."

"Great hotel, well positioned right next to the racecourse and only 10 / 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Rooms well maintained, bed very comfortable and towels changed daily even though we only stayed two nights. Secure car park next to the hotel at £12 per night. Breakfast absolutely delicious with a decent choice of food. Will definitely choose this hotel again when we decide we want a short break in Chester."
