“El gran problema está vez fue el check inn. Solo había una persona y tenía un desorden con las habitaciones, entregándole equivocadamente a las personas. Eran las 5:00 p.m y no tenían listas algunas habitaciones y los huespedes llegando uno tras otro. Perdimos más de 45 minutos haciéndo fila para el check inn”

“The service at this hotel is great! We received free snacks and bottles of water upon checking in. Breakfast food was plentiful, and the potato was delicious. The room was a bit outdated with a musty smell, and there was no smart TV. Bathroom was clean though, but the shower could be slippery, so watch out for that. Free laundry machines were a great plus! ”

“Breakfast was good. Wish they could keep it hotter. Pretty cold before you can eat it Room air conditioner very loud. Will definitely keep you awake cutting on and off Beautiful place on the water. Convenient to everything in area ”

“Our room had a jacuzzi that didn't work. No hand soap was provided. Toilet paper holder was broken and they just stuck the toilet paper on the one holder arm left. Shampoo and conditioner bottles provided were so tiny it would be hard to clean and condition short hair. Blanket was so thin we had to ask for another blanket to keep warm. Coffee pot and 2 styrofoam cups and 2 coffee pods were provided, but no sugar or sugar substitute or creamer or stirrers were provided. TV had limited channels……

“The room was clean, they had all the essentials for the room, and the parking was easy to access. The activities throughout the day were great. We loved that the pool was heated because the weather got chilly. We enjoyed the music and fire pit area. The boardwalk makes it easy to access the beach. The rooftop patios are perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Ultimately one of our favorite weekend getaways.”

“The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. The chair in our room needed to be reupholstered; the life ring at the pool was torn and two if the chaise chairs were faded and……

“Well the gym was nice but my microwave did not work and the shower barely drained at all but other than that it was clean and a very comfortable stay”
