“Initial check in was good, pool/hot tub was not quality. Hot tub water was cold cold. Not a huge deal just a minor headache. Beds are atrocious, went to call for more pillows. Night audit was on break, not answering phones for almost two hours. Went down and this person threw an attitude because she had to go to the desk and do her job. How did she react to such a simple request? She gave us dirty used pillows. As such, we will NOT be using Hilton products any longer. I do not recommend this……

“The hotel had no airport shuttle and our flight arrived late. We had no success connecting with the front desk using the number given by Expedia, but a local provided a number for the hotel which worked. The desk clerk had to drive over to get us because two cabs failed to show up. The front desk clerk saved us. The room was never cleaned, but the maid left fresh towels. Breakfast was OK but the hours stayed the same even on Sunday…6-9.”
